How the HTML2PDF service deals with your privacy
HTML2PDF respects the privacy of users of our service ('SERVICE'). HTML2PDF will not monitor, edit, or disclose any personal information about you or the documents you submit for conversion to PDF format, including their contents, without your prior permission, unless we deem such action is necessary to:
Kaiomi is the sole owner of information collected on www.html2pdf.co.uk and does not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
We keep the information that we collect to an absolute minimum, because we value your privacy.
If you're just visiting our site and you don't have a paid or trial account with us, then we do not collect any personal information. The only thing we may see in our logs is your IP address and which documents you converted at which point in time. Those logs are cleared out monthly.
If you sign up for a trial or paid account, then we request a name and email address. It's up to you what you fill in of course, but we will send you the account information at that email address. You will also be added to our mailing list. You can change your data in our members area anytime and you can unsubscribe to our mailing list with every mail that we send or by dropping us an email at email@example.com. We also log your conversions so you can view them in our members area and in order to determine your usage. You can request to have the details of those conversions (the URLs) cleared if needed.
For Paid accounts all other personal information is stored with our payment provider - FastSpring.
None of the above information is shared with any third parties.
If you have used our service in the past and would like to have any of your data removed then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that if you don't have a paid or trial account with us this information is already cleared out monthly. For paid or trial accounts - you can clear out your name & email address in our members area and you unsubscribe to our mailing list with any email we send.
You can change the settings in your browser to prevent cookies if you do not want to have a cookie set when you visit our website. You may not be able to log into our members area in that case.
If you are a citizen or business in EU (like we are) then the GDPR applies to you.
We are in full compliance with the GDPR (as with any laws in all jurisdictions that we operate in) and you can send any requests about this to email@example.com
